Dynaway Integration
Dynaway Integration
Installation
AppSource: Install the CoGo IoT Connector in your Business Central environment.
Admin Consent: Administrator permissions are required to install the software in your Business Central environment.
CoGo Setup: Use the magnifying glass to search for “CoGo Setup,” open, and click Connect.
Enable Dynaway: Enabling Dynaway integration allows all sensors to transmit data directly to the Measurements module.
Configuration
CoGo Sensor: Use the magnifying glass to search for “CoGo Sensors” and select the applicable sensor.
Linking Assets: To connect one or more assets to a single sensor, select Linked Assets and add the corresponding asset number.
Maintenance Requests: Enabling maintenance requests allows you to configure alarms to automatically create maintenance requests within Dynaway when triggered.
Configuration/Alarms: All settings will align with the CoGo portal. Refer to the CoGo Portal section on the support page for more details. If you need to modify any settings, ensure Update Sensors is selected to save the changes.
Events
Events: In the CoGo Sensor Card, choose Events.
CoGo Events History: The event history, including event types with corresponding date and time stamps, will be recorded and stored.
Measurements
Integration: All sensors will now be displayed in the Measurements module.
Work Order Plan: With sensor data flowing into the Measurements module, we can create WOPs (Work Order Plans) based on temperature and motion measurements. Refer to Dynaway for instructions on creating a WOP.
Automation: After the WOP plan is created and released, the sensors will transmit data to the system. If the data exceeds the threshold set in the WOP, a work order will be generated automatically. It is recommended to set up a work order job queue to check the threshold status more frequently.
