Andy is the visionary CEO of Connect and Go Internet of Things Inc. (CoGo), a company redefining asset risk management and loss prevention through advanced sensor technology, machine learning and AI. Before CoGo, he served as Vice President of Technology for a leading agricultural manufacturing company. He spearheaded digital transformation initiatives as Director of Business (Digital) Transformation at a major softwood lumber company. His expertise spans mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing, where he has championed scalable, sustainable, and forward-looking solutions. Andrew holds a B.Sc. in Management of Information Systems from Middlesex University (UK) and Arcadia University (US) and an Advanced Management Program (AMP) certification from MIT. Beyond the boardroom, Andrew is a world traveller and avid reader, continuously drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and ideas.

Charles' track record of driving growth in organizations ranging from start-up ventures to global system integrators, stems from his ability to blend a very broad technology background with experience in finance and audit.
His industry experience includes oil and gas, mining, forestry, and the public sector and he is known for his ability to craft creative commercial structures that drive measurable operational results for customers and positive financial results for their vendor/partners.
Charles is a recognized leader in the Microsoft partner community and, in particular, the Microsoft Business Applications space, and has most recently worked as Chief Revenue Officer with a mid-sized consulting firm that transformed itself from Dynamics 365 consulting to B2B SaaS provider that serving the Higher Education and Public sectors.
Charles holds a B.Comm in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Alberta (Edmonton), sits as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for an arts organization (JazzYYC), and enjoys playing and studying Jazz piano.
Lachlan serves as Vice President of Engineering at CoGo. CoGo's Asset Risk Management (ARM) system is the first Class II Condition Monitoring IoT system fully certified by FM Approvals, a world leader in commercial property insurance. Before joining CoGo, Lachlan worked as an Operations Engineer specializing in industrial recycling, focusing on optimizing systems for sustainability. He also worked as a Design & Production Engineer and Systems Engineer with a leading global agricultural manufacturing company. Lachlan possesses extensive expertise in developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Lachlan earned his degree in Integrated Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Barry has over four decades of expertise in Risk Management, Corporate Security, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management, and Occupational Health & Safety. Barry started his career in commercial and industrial trade certification, which he expanded into leadership roles in the mining and resource sector. Barry led a team in the Engineering and Loss Control division of a global insurance provider, conducting risk assessments for diverse industrial operations, from plastics manufacturing to oil sands projects in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Barry served as Director of Risk, Security, and Loss Control at Teck Resources Ltd where he developed global loss control programs, streamlined risk assessment processes, and modernised the crisis management program. Barry holds CIP and CRM designations. He is an honours graduate with distinction from Grant MacEwan University's Security Management program.
Robert is an accomplished Canadian business executive,
investor, and board member with an extensive track record of strategic
leadership and economic value creation. With expertise in board governance,
capital markets, risk management and operational oversight, he has excelled in
adding value to both entrepreneurial ventures, leading large complex
organizations.
His notable positions include serving for nearly two decades as Executive Vice
President & Chief Financial Officer at Clearnet Communications and TELUS Corporation, and extensive board service including Chair of Audit (and Risk) Committees at Definity Financial, HSBC Bank Canada, RSA Canada, and Entertainment One, where he played pivotal roles in strategic decision-making, risk oversight, corporate growth resulting in strong investor outcomes. Robert served on the Board of Trustees of Queen’s University and was recognized for his service with
the Trustee Emeritus designation. Robert also Chairs the UBC Information Technology Advisory Council and is the National Academic Director & Lead Instructor of the Institute of Corporate Director’s Enterprise Risk Oversight for Directors course.
Known for championing corporate governance best practices, Robert has also been
deeply involved in public policy and community service, including Chairing
the Greater Vancouver Advisory Board of The Salvation Army.
Anne is a Director of CoGo with decades of expertise in risk management, including insurance and captives, security, corporate governance and materials stewardship within the global mining industry. Anne's leadership earned her notable accolades, including a CEO Award, the Donald M. Stuart Award and recognition as one of the Top Global 100 Inspirational Women in Mining. A founding member and Director of the Mining Security Working Group (MSWG), where she has helped shape a global approach to mining security matters. Passionate about education and giving back, Anne established an endowment at Simon Fraser University. Her volunteer commitments have included community projects like The Street Angels Society in Brazil, The Stand Foundation, Mining for Miracles and the United Way.
Dr. Anthony Holler is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and former emergency room physician recognized for his leadership and success in building and scaling businesses. He co-founded ID Biomedical, which was acquired by Glaxo Smith Kline for $1.7 billion, marking the largest biotech exit in Canadian history. Dr. Holler also served as Chairman of Corriente Resources, sold for $700 million, and is the past Chairman of CRH Medical Corp. With expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financing, he has a proven track record of driving shareholder value. Additionally, Dr. Holler is involved in innovative technology development and has contributed significantly to fields like biotechnology and medical research.
