Login: Access the portal by visiting https://portal.cogo.global
Home View: Sensors and gateways will be overlaid on the map view, with color-coded indicators: green for no alarm raised, red for an active alarm, and black for offline units.
Side Bar Pages: Navigate to any page within the portal using the sidebar icons.
My Devices
My Devices: Click on My Devices from the sidebar.
Filtering: Sensors and gateways can be filtered using the available dropdown menus, displaying details such as model, status, battery level, and temperature.
Asset Sensor Card: Choose your preferred Device ID to be directed to the Asset Sensor Details.
Asset Sensor Details
Sensor/Gateway Profile: Details such as Device ID, battery level, voltage, and temperature will be displayed, and for gateways, their status will be shown.
Events Chart: The events chart offers an overview of all monitored event types.
Alarms
Alarm: An alarm can be cleared in two ways: either by selecting the active alarm Device ID in Alarms or by clicking the red icon on the map view, which directs you to the Asset Sensor Details. From there, click the icon next to the Device ID to access the Alarm Details page.
Silence: You can temporarily silence an alarm for a specified period, useful when performing maintenance or repairs on an asset that may trigger the sensor.
Clear: When clearing an alarm, you must complete the Reason for Clearing Alarm form. All responses from this form are included in the asset compliance report.
Reports
Report Type: Use the drop-down menu to choose the desired report type.
Duration: Select the report duration you want to view – last 30, 60, or 90 days.
Download: Click the download icon to generate a report, providing available data from past events for improved decision-making and trend analysis.
Settings
Settings: On the Asset Sensor Details page, click the gear icon to access the settings page. Here, you can customize sensor or gateway thresholds, upload images, and adjust interval times.
Photo Upload: Upload photos showing the sensor’s location on the asset.
General: Here, you can modify the asset type, assign asset names, and enter latitude and longitude coordinates along with add a description.
Alarms: Toggle the icon to enable or disable alarms and adjust alarm thresholds.
Data Collection: Toggle the Icon to enable data collection and adjust the sample interval time.
Notification: You can be notified of a raised alarm through three methods: email, a red icon on the map view, and an alert state in the asset details.
