What happens if I can’t connect the portal?

Ensure gateway has adequate LTE cellular reception.

How do I maintain the gateway?

Clean gateway every 3-6 months with a dry cloth and remove any dust or debris on box, cables and antennas for optimal performance.

How do I get optimal signal?

Ensure the gateway is centrally located to all sensors, and or group of sensors.

How do I replace the battery?

To replace the battery, rotate the rear cover and replace with a new CR2477X. This battery operates in wider temperatures and lasts longer, to order a new battery contact info@cogo.global.

How do I perform a factory reset?

Press the hidden button for 10 seconds, a solid red light will appear then release. This will reboot the sensor to factory settings.
